Like her sister ship, the Azamara Quest is a mid-sized beauty with a deck plan well-suited to the needs of modern voyagers. In addition to going to the most celebrated destinations on Earth, youll also go to less-traveled ports, enjoy scenic rivers and waterways that are off-limits to big cruise lines, and sail to the doorstep of great cities like Seville, Hong Kong, and Bordeaux.
You'll never feel crowded in the comfortable social spaces of her bars, restaurants, and lounges. Youll love the genial club-like atmosphere and the way the attentive staff and crew get to know you. And youll feel the same friendliness with your fellow voyagers.
Staterooms feature modern amenities, furnishings, and European linens. And one of the greatest features of this ship is the large number of staterooms with verandas. There's nothing better than opening your door to the fresh sea air and views.
Azamara's friendly ships are an altogether wonderful place to call your home away from home!

Exclusive Shore Event: Split | Historic Trogir and Split with Lunch
We begin our day with a private tour of Trogir and Split, historic towns included in the UNESCO's World Heritage list.
Set on a small island just off the mainland, Trogir is a tiny charming town surrounded by impressive fortress walls. As we enter the fortified town through the Land Gate, we will stroll along its narrow streets, flanked by ancient stone houses. As we the walk through this picturesque town we will come across numerous valuable edifices such as the St. Lawrence Cathedral with a magnificent 13th century Romanesque portal, the Old City Hall from the 15th Century, the Kamerlengo tower on the relaxing waterfront promenade and many others.
We will then continue to Split, a 1700-year-old town with the famous Diocletian's Palace. The first inhabitant of Split was the Roman emperor Diocletian who started to build his palace in this friendly bay around 293 AD. After his abdication he withdrew to this luxurious palace to enjoy the rest of his days. The following turbulent centuries made the palace into a town first populated by the citizens of the nearby Salona, fleeing before Avars and Slavs. The town overgrew the walls of the palace and its authorities kept changing - from Croatian kings, Hungarian and Venetian administration, to French rulers and Austro-Hungarian monarchy. Our guide will take us for a walk through this living monument and all its magnificent sights. We will discover the basement halls of the Palace and their unique role in the history of Split before continuing to the Peristyle, the main square of the Palace that preserved the cult of the emperor as the son of god. We will visit the Cathedral of St. Domnius, the patron-saint of Split, and the temples of the Palaces. Our walk will then take us through the times gone by, witnessed by the monuments not only from antiquity, but also from the Middle Ages, Renaissance and Baroque.
Following our tour of Split, we will enjoy lunch at one of the best placed restaurants in town Adriatic Graso. Located on Sustipan cliff at the foot of Marjan Hill, it offers splendid views of the center of Split, the sea and nearby islands.
After lunch, we will return to the pier.
