Cruise with Confidence

WHAT IS AZAMARA CRUISE WITH CONFIDENCE ?

Cancel any cruise (booked by November 30, 2020) that sets sail from now through May 4, 2022 and you're covered. Cancel at least 48 hours before the sail date and you will receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to the paid fare that can be used up to 12 months from your cancellation date - whichever is longer. This Future Cruise Credit can be applied to any voyage regardless of itinerary, length or stateroom category which departs on or before May 4, 2022.

In addition, if Azamara cancels your voyage, receive 125% Future Cruise Credit, or 100% refund of paid fare.

And, a new option, "Lift and Shift" allows you to simply move your existing booking to an alternate sail date with the same itinerary, length and stateroom category in the following year. In this case, original pricing and/or promotions are protected on the rebooked voyage. The alternate sailing needs to be dated within 4 weeks (before or after) of the original sail date, but for the following year. "Lift & Shift" must be requested by November 30, 2020.

WHAT SAILING QUALIFY FOR CRUISE WITH CONFIDENCE ?

All sailings through May 4, 2022, are included in the Cruise with Confidence program.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REDEEM MY FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT ?

Future Cruise Credits issued under Cruise with Confidence program must be redeemed by December 31, 2021 or 12 months from the original sail date (whichever is longer) and can be used on sailings departing on or before May 4, 2022. Please note that Cruise with Confidence FCCs cannot be redeemed on the sailing where it was previously issued. Only future sail dates qualify for FCC redemption.

IF I HAVE A 125% FCC FROM A CANCELLED SAILING, CAN I 'LIFT AND SHIFT' AT THE SAME PRICE/PROMOTION ?

Yes, but you will forfeit 25% of the 125% Future Cruise Credit. The deadline to elect this option is November 30, 2020.

IF I DON'T WANT A FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT CAN I SIMPLY CANCEL FOR A REFUND ?

If you opt out of the Cruise with Confidence Future Cruise Credit, standard cancellation fees apply.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN APPLYING A FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT TO A SAILING WITH A DIFFERENT FARE ?

If the cruise fare on your new booking exceeds the value of your FCC, you will be responsible for the difference. Alternatively, if the new cruise fare is lower than the value of the FCC, a new FCC will be issued for the balance.

HOW ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS HANDLED ?

For departures on or before May 4, 2022, and prior to the final payment deadline, you can 'Lift & Shift' with no fees assessed; the change fee will be waived.

IF I OPT TO CANCEL, NOW ARE PRE-CRUISE PURCHASES SUCH AS BEVERAGE PACKAGES HANDELED ?

Pre-Cruise purchases will be refunded to the original form of payment.

I'M READY TO REBOOK USING MY FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET, NOW WHAT ?

If you canceled your booking with the Cruise with Confidence program, you will not be required to make a deposit payment for 30 days. or when final payment is due, whichever comes first, while waiting for your Future Cruise Credit certificate.
