Like her sister ship, the Azamara Journey is a mid-sized beauty with a deck plan well-suited to the needs of modern voyagers. In addition to going to the most celebrated destinations on Earth, youll also go to less-traveled ports, enjoy scenic rivers and waterways that are off-limits to big cruise lines, and sail to the doorstep of great cities like Seville, Hong Kong, and Bordeaux.
You'll never feel crowded in the comfortable social spaces of her bars, restaurants, and lounges. Youll love the genial club-like atmosphere and the way the attentive staff and crew get to know you. And youll feel the same friendliness with your fellow voyagers.
Staterooms feature modern amenities, furnishings, and European linens. And one of the greatest features of this ship is the large number of staterooms with verandas. There's nothing better than opening your door to the fresh sea air and views.
Azamara's friendly ships are an altogether wonderful place to call your home away from home!

Exclusive Shore Event: Gustavia, Saint-Barthélemy | Island Sights with Lunch
(There are two options available in Gustavia, depending on your cruise.)
1 Island Sights with Lunch at Cheval Blanc St. Barth Isle de France
A brief transit of Gustavia, the capital "city," precedes our exquisite Voyager Club luncheon at the Cheval Blanc St. Barth Isle de France. The port wraps around a scenic horseshoe bay of still turquoise waters. Although Sweden no longer rules St. Barth, their legacy remains, and is evident in Gustavia's narrow streets, which are punctuated with quaint wooden and stone buildings (not to mention its name). Here street signs are still posted in both Swedish and French.
You'll marvel at the lush mountainous terrain. St. Barth was formed from underwater volcanic eruptions eons ago. Its narrow winding roads can be a joy to navigate. We'll wind our way to lunch along the coastal roads. The Cheval Blanc St. Barth Isle de France is nestled on Baie des Flamands one of the loveliest beaches on the isle. Our leisurely repast will allow you time to wander the grounds and perhaps enjoy a swim, if you so choose. The hotel's cuisine seamlessly blends the rich flavors of France and the exotic spices of the Caribbean. Specially selected wines enhance your appreciation.
2 Island Sights with Lunch at Hotel Le Toiny
Discover the unique ambiance, landscape, history and culinary secrets of St. Barths, known as "little France of the Caribbean.
